What are the documents required to establish a company in Turkey:

Registration in the Chamber of Commerce

In this step, you go to the Chamber of Commerce with the presence of the sworn translator to register the company and extract the commercial register that allows you to practice your business within Turkey

Extracting the Authorized Signature of the Director

After receiving the commercial register, we go to the Notary Public (Notary) to extract the so-called certified signature of the director

This document is considered as the identity of the company, where it contains all the information of the company and contains the approved signature of the director at the state government departments and the Chamber of Commerce

The Work of the Accounting Agency

After completing the certified signature work for the director, you can now work as an accounting agency, where the role of the accountant is very important in the company, and the accountant must be Turkish, not Arab.
